djmathman has a blog, and on that blog they showcase new genres sometimes. This week they decided to showcase Miti. After I solved the puzzles I had a unique disdain for a specific aspect of the rules, where all black dots are given. The negative constraint felt fairly limiting, so I decided to make a puzzle without it to see how hard it would be to make a puzzle like that. Turns out, the genre works perfectly fine without it! In fact I even ignored a second rule when constructing the puzzle, the "There may be no vertices where four lines meet." one. Personally I propose that this be the standard version of Miti to come.
