djmathman has a blog, and on that blog they showcase new genres sometimes. This week they decided to showcase Miti. After I solved the puzzles I had a unique disdain for a specific aspect of the rules, where all black dots are given. The negative constraint felt fairly limiting, so I decided to make a puzzle without it to see how hard it would be to make a puzzle like that. Turns out, the genre works perfectly fine without it! In fact I even ignored a second rule when constructing the puzzle, the "There may be no vertices where four lines meet." one. Personally I propose that this be the standard version of Miti to come.

Puzzle 14 - A Statue Park One Year in the making
I had the idea for this break in about a year ago, but my initial attempts were rather lackluster, muddled ideas and shortcuts galore. Recently though Rever made a fork of pzprRT¹⁰ and one of the new genres that got supported was statue park! I decided to toy with the idea I had some time ago in it, and accidentally made something very clear and sharp. I'm very pleased with this one and I hope you enjoy it.
¹⁰pzprRT is a penpa autosolver that can run while youre setting the puzzle, which is really cool if you want to make puzzles with inscrutable logic.

Puzzle 13 - SUIT
Was inspired to make a scrabble for whatever reason. I tried to make this unique without having to use the borders, but the SUIT theme was just too restrictive for that unfortunately. At least it works at all lol. Also apologies for the long delay, I will not explain myself. Hopefully I can manage to actually start using this blog again cause I've made a few puzzles in the interim and I want to share them!

Puzzle 11 - MaXI Loop
I was given the opportunity to make a puzzle for 24hpc, but in the end chaotic_iak decided to replace the puzzle I made, which was probably the correct choice. If you want to solve the version that replaced this (which I recommend you do it's actually good), click here. The reason for why it got replaced is because, ROT13 gur oernx va sbe gur chmmyr eryvrq onfvpnyyl ragveryl ba gur 4 ertvba va gur evtug qrgrezvavat gur ragver evtug fvqr. If you want to solve this puzzle don't feel bad about casebashing using uniqueness or whatever else you want to do.

Puzzle 10 - 12345
I guess a running theme through this blog is going to be puzzles that aren't necessarily hard, but are aesthetically pleasing. Like come on, you gotta admit that this looks nice. Even the cheater numbers are symmetrical and also the same number.

Puzzle 8 - TapAqre & a shill for Black-Out Friday 2023
First and foremost I would like to announce the end of the short lived trend of using single characters as themes for puzzles, a moment of silence if you will. Anyways, I've recently taken part in Black-Out Friday 2023, and I want to share the puzzle I made for it here, as well as the entire set! The theme was to make any shading puzzle you wanted, so I decided to mash together a couple of personal favorite genres, Tapa and Aqre⁴.
And here is the link to the full pdf with all of the puzzles! (I recommend checking out non's puzzle, it's pretty good.)
⁴ Both Tapa and Aqre are 4 letters long, and this is footnote number 4... coincidence⁶? That's for you to decide...
⁶ Yes.

Puzzle 7 - ?
Surprised at how well this worked out to be honest. Complete luck. Not really much more to say on this one.

Puzzle 6 - e
I can now entrench myself into the puzz.link club. There's this trend of using the digits of mathematical constants to make choco bananas³ so I decided to take a crack at it with e. Turns out it was pretty fun! There were a few beta versions with less digits but they all had non unique solutions, nevertheless I managed to find this (just in time too, the next digit is a 0.) In my opinion it turned out pretty well *and* it looks nice too. Also sorry to the exactly no one reading this page for the long wait.
If you want some more of these puzzles try
this one by placeholder that uses root 2
or this one by conflux which uses pi
³ To be honest I'm not exactly sure where it comes from or why, if you do know hit me up.

Puzzle 5 - X Sum
Did you know sometimes I make logic puzzles too? Unbelievable I know. Unfortunately approximately every logic puzzle I have made in my life so far has been a sudoku so I can't entrench myself into the puzz.link club yet. Be warned this sudoku is a bit hard.

Puzzle 3 - I made a lot more nazos¹!
Or at least, I had. Unfortunately all of the images corrupted at the last minute, and the only things salvageable were the final answers at the end. So what I decided to do was to post all of them in their intended order, but without the puzzles attached. Sort of like art pieces if you want to think of it like that. "Encoded words that only I alone know the answer to, but you also could have known if not for tragedy." I'm rivaling Banksy over here.
All words are fully uppercase.
Thank you sus1d1p for helping me make this, and Deusovi for testing!

Puzzle 2 - This one's a nazo¹!
Remember last post when I said I had a few more puzzles I wanted to share? This one isn't from that set, I just made more puzzles. Whoops!
This puzzle is a nazo¹ style puzzle, which is basically a single aha moment condensed down into a pure form. Or at least that's what I think it is, I might be slightly wrong but whatever I've already typed too long here just go and solve the puzzle lol.
¹ Japanese² for mystery.
² I mean if I wanted to be pedantic I should say it's a 謎 style puzzle but I can't read or type Japanese so I'll just say nazo.

Puzzle 1 - WOAH
I suppose I should eventually start using this blog for the purpose I made it for, to share puzzles!
I have a few more puzzles I want to share but I don't know when I'll get around to uploading them, just cause I'm a bit lazy lmao. But for now here is officially the first puzzle.
For context what made me want to make this puzzle with these constrictions was just a few discord messages I sent a while ago. Overall it was pretty fun to make, and I do have a sort of soft spot for this kind of puzzle, trying to wring out the specific meaning you need from a limited set of symbols.
